Like Freddie appeared on "All Together Now" in 2019 as James Randell, his real name. It was the show's producers that gave him the idea for a Freddie Mercury tribute after he impressed them at early auditions.

Local Hero Awards for our Panto Producers
The Glitz and Glam ceremony was held on Friday 27th July 2018, supported by Magenta Financial Planning.
The awards recognised the unsung local heroes who make Bridgend County Borough so great!
This year’s award ceremony was an amazing success with some truly great stories about our local heroes.
Jonny and Garry Sage were winners of Contribution to the Community, sponsored by Sony UK Technology Centre for their Pantomime and children's’ show productions.
We are delighted for Jonny & Garry who produce all our family shows.

Hawthorn business development and growth
Alan Phillips
Alan previously ran his own successful business, Phillips Entertainments which was established in 1971 and based in Llanelli, retiring in 2012.
Since deciding that retirement was not for him, Alan has been with us as Business Development Officer since 2013, notching up nearly 3000 appointments to date. Not bad, considering the lockdown!!!!

Phillip Morgan Entertainments became part of the Hawthorn Organisation in April 2018 following his retirement after successfully trading for over 35 years.
Before founding the agency, Phillip was booking manager with Tawe Entertainments that was owned by Ray Humphries at the time.

We have held private auditions at our local rehearsal facility for producers at Thames TV on a regular basis.
These auditions are conducted in an intimate setting with just the producer / researcher and a camera operator present.
